Frequently Asked Questions

Q: ⚠️ First, check your inverter voltage — is this battery compatible with my inverter?

A: This is a 51.2V low-voltage (LV) battery (16S LiFePO4). It works only with low-voltage (48V) hybrid inverters whose battery port accepts 40V–60V. It is NOT compatible with high-voltage (HV) inverters whose battery port operates at 120V–800V (e.g. 200V, 300V, 384V or 400V systems).

How to check your inverter before ordering:

1. Find your inverter model number.
2. Open its datasheet or manual and look for "Battery Voltage Range" or "Battery Port Voltage".
3. If it lists a range like 40V–60V or says 48V battery system → your inverter is low-voltage → ✔ this battery works with it.
4. If it lists a range like 120V–600V, 160V–700V or anything above roughly 100V → your inverter is high-voltage → ✘ this battery will NOT work with it.

Not sure? Contact us with your inverter brand and model before ordering — we will confirm compatibility for you. Connecting this battery to a mismatched high-voltage inverter will prevent the system from operating, so please always verify before purchase.

Q: Which inverters are compatible with this 20kWh LiFePO4 battery?

A: The battery may be compatible with selected inverter models from brands such as Deye, Growatt, Victron, GoodWe, Voltronic, and others. Please contact our team to confirm compatibility before ordering if you're not sure.

Q: Can I Connect Multiple Batteries in Parallel?

A: Yes. Up to 15 units can be connected in parallel. We recommend purchasing all batteries at the same time to ensure consistent models and configurations. 

Q: What is the maximum charge and discharge current?

A: The listed 400Ah configuration supports a maximum charge current of 200A and a maximum discharge current of 200A, subject to the approved product specifications and operating conditions. The selected inverter, cabling, protection devices, and battery management system must all be rated appropriately.

Precautions

•No matter what the charging model is, once the temperature of the cell is above the absolute charging temperature, charging should be stopped.

• Please check the orientation of the positive and negative terminals before packaging.

•Connect the terminal or wire to the battery module, and pay attention to insulation to prevent short circuit.

• When not in use for a long time, the battery should be stored in a cool and dry place (<35°C, 30%~50% SOC, charge and discharge once every 3 months).

• Do not place the battery in direct sunlight or a heat source.

• Do not wear metal jewelry (such as rings, watches, accessories, etc.) when handling the battery unit.

Prohibited matters

Do not charge beyond the maximum charging rate.

Do not disassemble or modify the battery.

Do not throw or hit the battery.

Do not pierce the battery with sharp objects (such as nails, knives, pens, electric drills).

Do not mix with other types of batteries or modular units.

Do not excessively squeeze the battery during use.

Do not place the battery in a high temperature greater than 60°C.

Do not use conductive materials to connect the positive and negative terminals (such as metals, wires).
