Q: Is this all‑in‑one 51.2V 587Ah 30kWh lifepo4 batterie suitable for indoor installation?
A: Yes, designed for indoor installation. Please keep good ventilation environment, do not install outdoors.

Q: Does this unit support peak‑valley load shifting? Can it charge from mains electricity?
A: Yes. This 12kW hybrid inverter energy storage system supports time‑slot charge/discharge and allows charging from utility grid for peak‑valley load shifting.

Q: Can I expand power and capacity by parallel connection?
A: Full unit parallel (increase total output power & capacity): Maximum 6 identical all‑in‑one units can be paralleled together to boost the whole‑system AC output power and energy storage capacity. Only the same model is allowed for full‑unit parallel.

Q: Is there anything to consider when connecting PV panels?
A: Yes. PV open-circuit voltage (Voc) increases in cold weather. Please allow sufficient voltage margin when sizing your PV system to ensure the maximum Voc stays within the inverter’s PV input limit.

Q: How do I connect my inverter to WiFi for remote monitoring?
A: With the optional WiFi module, you can check your system from your phone. Setting it up is easy:
1. Plug the WiFi module into the WiFi port on your inverter.
2. Turn your system on – the module light will start flashing.
3. Download the monitoring app (scan the QR code in your manual or search the app store), register and log in.
4. In the app, tap "+" to add a device. Make sure your phone is on the same 2.4 GHz or 4 GHz WiFi network, enter the WiFi password and wait a moment.
5. When the module light turns solid green, you're connected – view live status, solar production and alerts anytime.

Q: My WiFi module isn't showing up in the app – what now?
A: Quick checks: 1) Turn on WiFi, Bluetooth and location services on your phone. 2) Use the same 2.4 GHz or 4 GHz WiFi network as your inverter.
